We draw it before we pull a single wire.

Every job starts as a plan: which room gets what, where the cable leaves the wall, and what the whole thing costs. Out of Sight builds from that drawing for houses across Greater Milwaukee, Lake Country, and Lake Geneva.

A drawing, not a plan of anyone’s house. It shows where the work lands and what goes in each zone.

The schedule of work

Seven line items. On a real job some of them are checked and some are not, and the plan says which.

My builder wanted someone who would show up at the framing walkthrough with a plan. They did.

  1. Smart Home Automation

Lighting, audio, climate, locks, and cameras answering to one interface your family already knows how to use. Built on Control4, programmed by the people who installed it.

A control tablet on a kitchen counter showing audio and lighting for the whole house
  2. Custom Home Theater

Room acoustics, sightlines, seating risers, and calibration. We design the room around the screen, not the screen around whatever wall was left over.

A projector set into a ceiling pocket above a slatted wood acoustic soffit
  3. Network and Data Infrastructure

Structured cabling, enterprise access points, and a switch that can carry the whole house. Most of what people call a smart home problem is a network problem.

An installed equipment rack recessed into a walnut frame, carrying Control4, Triad, and Luma gear behind a labeled Out of Sight plate
  4. Surveillance and Security

Motion detection, night vision, and remote live feeds. Recorded on site, viewable from anywhere, and framed by someone who walked your property first.

  5. Motorized Shades

Shades that track the sun, hold a room's temperature, and close on a timer so the house reads as occupied when nobody is home.

  6. Distributed Audio and Video

Multi-room audio, ultra high definition video distribution, large format displays, and Micro LED walls. Every source in the rack, no boxes under any television.

A walnut column with a concealed speaker face and fabric acoustic panels on the wall beside it
  7. Lighting Control

Keypads that replace a wall of toggles with named scenes. Dimming that makes a room look the way the architect drew it.

Then it gets built exactly that way.

The rack is where the drawing and the house meet. Every run labeled at both ends, on a battery backup, behind a door you will never need to open.
